I just saw that too... but they were fishing on the opposite side of the road from the accident when I saw them. IMO, that's just too soon to doing that... and they had at least one kid with them. Maybe they don't know about the accident... that's the only possible explanation other than the lack of ability to negotiate brain stimulations.
