Same here. Not to mention, the stress level when driving the speed limit is basically nonexistent.
I used to drive 5 or 10 over and was constantly on the lookout for cops, always trying to figure out how to get wherever was going faster.
Now I just sit back and relax.

80-85 on the Interstate, +10-15 in the city. My Escort Passport is a license to speed.

I'm keeping a pretty extensive spreadsheet on commute statistics. Attempted interstate cruise speed, fuel consumption, travel time, etc.
Pretty interesting stuff. I'll make a post about it one day, but I know it won't change anything.
Results in a nutshell: the speed limit is pretty much the ideal speed

Interstate: 75ish
Town: Speed Limit
I don't go over 80 on the interstate. Been in a high speed accident before. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone.

Normal streets like 5 over. Highway 80-85. If no ones around though I'll kick the speed up a bit.
