I'd go with Ball and Bell, because I'm doing the same and Minnesota's offense is pretty much ambiguous without AP. On a related not, I've got Ball and Bell starting, and I'm not sure if I should play Reggie or Jeremy Hill at FLEX. I'm also considering James Jones but I'm more cautious about playing him this week because he's a Raider and NE's D/ST just shite on the Vikings last week. I'm not really familiar with either offenses, but I still don't trust either over the Bengals' "run first, pass later" and Hill's performance last week.
