That's part of the reason why I actually enjoy doing yardwork.
If you're a history buff I recommend Dan Carlin's hardcore history. The ken on Gengis Khan was amazing. 4 parts each about 2 hours long.

IMo that is a dick move, I know a lot of people in the area work different shifts.
So in the case some people may be sleeping in the middle of the day?
My neighbor cuts his lawn early in the AM and the mower runs within 4 ft. of our bedroom windows. Doesn't wake me, my wife or daughter up. They need to better insulate their homes if it is a problem.

I have a reel mower so I cut whenever I want.

I can as early as I want. I live in LP. Meth heads don't sleep.

What kinda poor person had to mow their own lawn? I don't care when Pedro cuts the damn thing as long as he does it

Not paying someone else to do your hard work is trashy

I'm the only one in the neighborhood who mows the lawn myself. it's the best looking lawn in the neighborhood as told to me by several neighbors.
for about a tenth of the cost.

I don't like paying someone to do something I can do myself.

I mow mine at 6 am Don't worry your neighbors will be fine with it.

If you start before noon, there's a good chance I'll poison your pets.

I cranked up the weedeater at 645 this morning. One of my neighbors is a retired couple who is up by 5. Another one is on vacation. The one right across the street looked pretty pissed off at me when he walked out of his house around 9. He's a dick though so I don't give a frick

they don't even cut it right. they have the blades too low so most of the neighbors have weeds growing in. you're supposed to have high grass to shade out and kill any weeds that try to pop up. the other yards are lime green, mine is dark, dark green.

This.
I do a far superior job than any dude who swoops in, rushes through and scalps the shite out of the lawn because he's trying to knock out 7 yards before noon.
Plus, I enjoy doing it.

it's not their lawn, and they'll get paid regardless so they don't give a shite.
so do I.

When the dew dries, the grass flies.

I can't count the number of times I woke up hungover on a Saturday morning at 8 am cursing the lawn mower outside, only to realize it was the guy cutting my lawn.

Your wife is not a smart lady.

Ever since I discovered the magic of white noise sleeping, about the only thing that disturbs my sleep is loud bass music played for a while, and luckily that's not an issue here.
Do you people sleep in relative silence or something?
