No. And I'm not even a pitbull fan.
This is America, not Russia, and people should be able to do as they want. Don't want a ravenous pitbull living next door? Don't cram yourself into a shitty part of town surrounded by them(and their generally uneducated owners).

Some people don't have the option. I guess their kids will just have to live in fear and not play outside.
