I'm all about legalization (or at a minimum substantial lessening of penalties), but when you stand to lose millions, be smart about it. I'm not even saying don't use it, but you best be fricking smart about it.

Agreed. I'm hardly the holier than thou type, but if I'm making a boatload of money and my employer says "oh by the way, you can't do this thing - which is illegal anyway - or you're gone," guess what I'm not doing from that point forward?
The whole legality argument is a copout and distracts from the real issue, which is the fact that he's a colossal idiot.
