That's what I was thinking. That was the first and only time I've ever heard anyone complain about Southwest customer service.

Southwest is awesome. If points aren't a concern (Delta) I'd choose them exclusively.
The only bad thing is that if you're used to rules, Southwest doesn't have them. So you're at the mercy of people you fly with. I can see it becoming an issue in Atlanta, but my trips on Southwest have been 100% positive.
