You need to be worried about your erection, assuming it will last for 4 hours, you may consider seeking medical attention.

I was watching some discovery channel show the other night about the biggest disasters that never were.. Something to that effect.. All of sudden on the my screen appears Mr Koskenin. He was the the governments lead in implementing the Y2K response.. What does this mean.. Nothing really except apparently he is very good at taking abuse and trying to clean up after others mistakes.. He is very good at shoveling around the shite.

Gowdy obviously fears Koskinen, thus the inappropriate belligerence and histrionics.

Koskinen, you see, is likely to weather anything Gowdy throws at him, and Gowdy knows it.

I seriously doubt he fears him. But, you're right, Koskinen is one of the chosen few so he is most certainly above the law. There could be video of him destroying evidence and he would never see the inside of a jail cell. I think Gowdy is simply trying to draw attention to the matter and he's doing a pretty good job.

Wait.....what? How can one man over the span of 15 years be in charge of the Y2K response, Freddie Mac, AND the fricking IRS?

IT, Finance, AND Gestapo?

Something doesn't add up....or does it???

And to the only other person in the world that is in charge of application development and financial engineering, he made over $1M when he was at freddie mac. What the motherfricking frick? Hopefully my tax dollars paid Saul Berenson much more......

Dream on. Koskinen is the one in fear. He has to worry that everything he has said on the record could be impeached by IRS personnel testimony in court cases. He may very well be an innocent victim of people within the IRS not giving him all the right answers, but any discrepancies between what is revealed in court and what he told Congress will not look good. It will give the appearance of an attempted cover up. How much trust do you think Koskinen has in the IRS employees who have already left him hanging on issues as basic as what happened to Lerner's hard drive?

Even if he wasn't there when Lois Lerner was committing her felonious acts, obstructing justice and supporting the Administrations cover-up NOW, makes this SCUMBAG a felonious HOSTILE CRIMINAL.

Gowdy is giving this piece of slime exactly what his stuttering and sniveling little a$$ deserves.

He's a cleaner.

He is brought in to protect the political elites after they duck up, and make the situation go away.

I mean the guy is an ivy league lawyer...woo has never practiced. He's a cleaner for them.

Why do people on this board get off on Trey Gowdy being hostile towards witnesses? It's not very dignified and only serves as spank bank material for the far-right wing of the political spectrum.

Because these "witnesses" represent a Fed Gov that has become increasingly "hostile" to citizens' privacy and freedom to disagree with the majority view.

It's not very dignified

Fed Gov, and ESPECIALLY these disingenuous, dishonest agents of same, deserve little in the way of "dignity" when they behave in the undignified way of failing to be OPEN and COMPLETELY honest in answering questions about their "public service"

What do you have against spank bank material?

I am way, way, way far removed from "far right wing". I am Atheist, Pro-Choice, Pro Gay Marriage, etc.

Stop conflating a potential rogue agent with the entire federal government. I've never understood how when Republicans are in charge, the Dems complain about the federales, and when the Dems are in charge, the Republicans do the same thing. 99.9% of the federal government are just bureaucrats with a mix of political opinions.

If you are referencing Lerner, do federal employees not have fifth amendment rights?

If you are referencing Koskinen, you should realize that he has a tough position. Many times, it is difficult to get all the correct information regarding low level activities in such a huge bureaucracy. Imagine if the CEO of Wal-Mart was asked about the status of some garbage that was supposed to be thrown out from 3 years ago.

Nothing against spank bank material!

Far-right wing was over simplifying. Sorry.
