Film Set Construction Jobs (South Louisiana)

Im trying to help a cousin out who recently graduated. She (trust me you don't want pics) just graduated from an art institute (that's why you don't want pics) and is trying to get in the door (maybe even back door, not for me to decide, we are cousins and not from Alabama) of the film industry.
She is interested in set building and although she is a female, her construction talents far exceed most men I know.
Anyone know of companies hiring that she can contact to get an interview?

1. get on as a set intern
2. transfer into script supervision
3. collaborate on set and prop design
4. become a set designer
The physical construction of the sets is a union labor gig
