HDMI ports are connected to the TV's PCB via individually soldered pins. Replacing the port would obviously require removal of the entire back housing, as well desoldering and soldering skills. If you examine the soldered pins on the port and notice none that are obviously damaged or loose, the issue is probably with one or more HDMI controller chips that would need to be changed out. Not worth doing if not under warranty.
