63 years in Louisiana. Trace my ancestry back to the 1750's on my French side and 1830's on my redneck side here in Louisiana. If I had to live somewhere else probably Houston. Big city with a lot of Louisiana influence.

I'm about to be in Houston. Not upset about it, but by no means am I super excited. It's not a place I'd choose to live. Granted I wouldn't live most places in Louisiana if I had a choice either. Work decides where I live. If I had unlimited funds and could just move anywhere, I'd be on the South Carolina coast or the Florida Keys. But I get restless in places and can see myself moving often.
