You contained Turner and shut him out for pretty much the whole game. I don't think I got one option read off with him keeping the ball...well played, sir. My rb came up huge when he came back after getting hurt and made the plays when it counted.

You just had a bad stretch when I scored and then your qb got hurt on sack. How long is he out for? Your offense is damn near impossible to stop when he is in the game and your fb/rb is a boss. Chad Lester I think his name is? He's guaranteed 6-10yards everytime he touches the ball.

I have found that a few 3 man front defenses in this game can defend the option very well.

There are some three man fronts that have been problematic for me when I want to run the triple option, but there's also been 4 man fronts that give me hell as well.

I've gotten pretty decent at diagnosing some of those problematic formations and audibling.

Honestly, the thing that causes the most havoc is having a DE/OLB that is a badass and blows up the initial block. When that happens, the correct read is not relevant.

Sometimes the fear of the option is more valuable than running it though.

Yea that's where my biggest problem is this year. For everything Dwayne Wright is fast. He doesn't play the run great and last year I had two DT that would eat up blockers and my LBs could make plays. This year same LBs not making plays.
