I'd probably be a damn drunk too if I were the second best QB in franchise history and the first QB to lead the franchise to the playoffs, and all I had to show for it was the local fans shitting on me all the time.

This is why NOLA will always be a second rate football city compared to Baton Rouge. LSU fans worship their own. Billy Cannon is treated like a damn king, and he did time in the federal pen. He's got a restaurant and it, well, for lack of a better phrase, prints money.
