The problem with golf is that practice makes permanent. If you are going to practice, listen to the advice in here. Don't just go hit balls because you will ingrain bad swing habits and make those feel natural to you. This will make fixing and changing those habits much more difficult in the long run. Welcome to the itch

this is what I worried about and the main reason i started the thread. I'm a fitness/strength coach so I know all about bad habits and dysfunction in movement
