People who aren't lazy and wasteful and know that the backstrap isn't the only good cut of meat on the deer.

Brown some onions, rub neck with olive oil and season, brown neck and cover with onions in a pot with a little water and cook a few hours in oven. Will fall off bone and makes a great roast IMO.
