Bioshock One had a pretty solid one. I wouldn't say it's the best (at the time, that MoH intro was the best thing in the world), but it was really good and quickly gave you a feel for the world.

MOH:AA. I played that game until the servers went down for good. Same with the original COD. Such great WWII games. Hell of an opening on MOHAA. That guy in the video sucks, though.
