re: University of Wisconsin calls for distribution of higher grades for minorities

I have seen this before. In the 80's, we got complaints that 2 state colleges were giving students C's just to attend classes and finish courses. We got witnesses to verify that it was true. After reporting it, it was totally ignored and continued. It was to get graduates and Federal Grant money to supplement tuition. The head coach quit a few years later over this and went to the pros. I guess it's still going on,we just gave up because it was ignored by higher ups. It was seen as payback for mis-treatment for many years earlier.
