Hopeful do you remember the hp laptop that you helped me with a few months ago? If so you assisted me with starting it in recovery mode and I cant quite remember the process or was it a certain website you directed me to? I was up all night trying to start this one again. It has been working fine until my SO let the same little boy from down the street play with it again and he ruined it again.
