Florida '97 and '07

I think the 97 Friday night was when Corso had a golf ball thrown at him, hence the net thereafter.

Pretty much every Friday night in 2007 was pretty crazy. I remember not being able to wait until class ended to head out to Baton Rouge for the weekend.

Every Friday in 07, and the night before Bama in 08(which is probably the biggest "buzz" of any Friday night).

1966 before Paul Dietzel returned to LSU with South Carolina.
Any Friday night in the 60s before Ole Miss came to town.

Definitely UGA 03! First time Game Day had been in forever. I was a junior at LSU and it was the first time that there were thousands of people on campus on Friday night. We partied all night on the old golf course and there were about 2000 other students with us. Slept for about 45 minutes and then was at Game Day. Great memories...

Shows how times change. First thing I, and I think a lot of other people too, think of when we hear gameday is coming is how bad it's going to jack up tailgating.

It's almost gotten to the point of being an annoyance unfortunately.

Not even close. 79 USC. Over 2000 people rocking USC busses on Friday night shouting Tiger Bait Cops had to break way through crowd. That USC team had 2 Heisman winners and 4 NFL Hall of Famers.

2007 Alabama. David St. Romain created arguably the worst song in the history of mankind.

Has to be Tenn in 2005.

The city NEEDED football bc of Katrina. And nobody knew on Friday if/when we were playing the game. We just postponed North Tx, moved Arizona State and top 5 Tenn was coming to town.

The city was buzzing. Admittedly for the wrong reason, but you couldn't go anywhere that night and not hearing people discussing the Tigers and this new coach named Les.
