We were razor thin and Bennett almost transferred after fall camp when Mariota was named the starter. Good players don't want to be backups when a player younger than them is starting. I can see why people are on edge. Didn't realize the depth was that bad.

We only have two scholarship QBs, and just brought in a baseball player as a backup, so there's room for concern. Hopefully it won't come to that, but you never know.
