The turnover rate looks like it is right about where I want it to be. An active fund but not crazy active. The expenses are low. Also there is something appealing to me about getting into a fairly new fund. Again i am pretty new to this but those are my reasons. I looked at the other funds under the same management and looks like its a pretty good track record
