I didn't even know about Oscar's. I've only had it once, and it was to-go. I ordered two pizzas, and it was really cheap when she told me the price and then hung up.
So I called back and made sure she had both pizzas, and she said "Yeah, they're half off right now"

Nice, thanks. Happy hour is 3-6 mon-fri. 1/2 draft, $5 pizza, 50 cent wings.
