done it many times (LOL) better than suing this multinationals, they have more money and better lawyers.

I was somewhat involved in a suit against EPA recently that went all the way to the Supreme Court, and they pretty much slapped EPA's hand and said you over stepped you bounds. This is not unique or ground breaking, arms of the Feds loose lawsuits pretty often.
