I think most games have been forced by their representative leagues to move away from that sort of thing. Sure it happens in real life, but do you really think the NBA/NFL, want their product shown in a negative light regardless if it's real or fake? that's why the NCAA games removed the suspensions, etc. from their games. It's why you don't see helmets popping off in Madden. Everything regarding sports videogames have become PC.
