That's what I read from the DMV. 3 days without the owners permission. I may be interpreting it wrong. But I'm sure the DMV will set me straight if I am. Just wasn't sure if anyone knew the process. Really like to get it out of there and do something with it.

In Alabama you apply for an abandoned vehicle title. Cost about $150.
