I've never been a fan of arugula, but I had a salad in New York that I liked alot. It's arugula, cherry or grape tomatoes, good quality pitted olives and burrata cheese.
Burrata is a very soft mozzarella and when it's tossed in the salad, it makes a creamy coating to the salad greens. I also add olive oil and champagne vinegar. Delicious.
