If I have people following me, the last thing I'm going to do is let them follow me home.

I'd keep driving around and call 911 if they persist in following me.

That is the smart play. Unfortunately a lot of people don't think about this situation and won't think about it when it happens. I'd roll right up to a police station if I could.
