So what would be your big dreamy unicorn shitting skittles plan for Israel's be? What do they need to do to make peace and appease the nut jobs?
My pie in the sky fairy tale dream is just for Israel to give up the land. Bring all of their people over here that want to. We will be glad to get their pharmaceutical, telecom, weapon, finance, etc expertise and hard working people.

The only ones I ever hear talking about it are the Muslim fanatics. The "Last Caliphate" or some other bullshite. It's not like Jerry Falwell is out there beheading infidels or blowing up mosques. That would be the Mooslems. Didn't ISIS just announce this shite recently.

I've never heard Muslims talk about annihilating the globe, just the Jews. Still pretty bad, but completely impossible for them to pull off. Nuking huge parts of the globe is very easy, especially in response to an attack.
Check out that VICE episode. I know it's a liberal show, but the quotes are not from the reporters. They're from actual Israelis and Christians living and working there. Pretty disturbing.

Sucks for the civilians that are killed, but that's what happens in war. It's not like there is a "civilian" part of Gaza and a "terrorist" part. The enemies of Israel purposefully mingle with the peaceful people, so it's either don't ever retaliate or accept that civilians may be caught in the crossfire.

And as for how badass the Israelis are, I guess everyone is conveniently forgetting about the last time they tried to move into S Lebanon against Hezbollah.
We need to disengage and stop pouring money into this conflict. These assholes need to resolve it themselves.
And I've said it before and I'll say it again the creation of Israel by the western powers after WWII may go down as the single biggest foreign policy failure of the 20th Century.
