and Ole Miss

however, beating south carolina and au, who are claimed to be top tier doesn't count?

ESPN keeps Nowkah around so Robert Smith doesn't look like a complete tool.

All LSU has to do is prove him wrong on the football field.

bao, you my friend, are an idiot. if you actually pay attention to the whole country, and not just baton rouge, you would realize that what miles is doing is "elite".

NCAA Win Totals

Is miles perfect, no. Is he MUCH better than the 17th best coach athlon claims, no question.

Unfortunately LSU is measured by what our peers in our division do. That measuring stick is hard compared to the rest of the country. LSU's peers have been some of the best of all time. That's why I say that LSU is middle of the road.

If you can't understand that then oh well. But 50 years from now everyone will look at the record book and the only ones who will say LSU is elite in the last 2 years is old LSU fans.

Since choking away a championship season we have been middle tier. We have had a few bright moments but overall nothing to really beat our chests over. Only die hard LSU fans will believe we are top tier right now.

I hope that you're right, but I feel that LSU loses four and maybe even five.

This is said literally every year by the chicken little brigade, then they get pissed and act a damn fool when we "only win 10" at the end of the season. It doesn't matter to you, you will continue to say 4 and 5 losses every year then bitch that we lost three times.

Like clockwork every year on here people predict a fall out.

For those that say LSU is a middle tier team, think again. We are a NATIONAL POWERHOUSE. One of the top 3 or 4 programs in the country. Competing for national championships almost every year now. I remember when 8-3 and a good bowl game was exciting. Les Miles has done more for LSU football than anybody else, ever.

Dari is a whimp. Disney needed a short guy to be able to stand toe-to-toe and eye-to-eye with Lil Nicky.

but if you look at our bottom line, as much as I hate to say it, but we are middle tier, lately

The last 4 years LSU is 44-9 The only teams with a better record over that span are Alabama, Oregon and Stanford, so if that's middle tier.....
