That's crazy. Never have seen anything like that. I have two Smokey Joe's. One is just used for the chimney starter for the WSM. Maybe I should convert it into a mini for trips to Toledo Bend.
Did you do it exactly like the instructions on the link? What have you smoked on it?
Just saw this one. Pretty damn cool. The paint job may be beyond me though.

Process was not too difficult and actually kind of fun. This one was my first run at it. Fully functional but the stencil work needs to be improved upon.
I followed the instructions and didn't stray much from it, except that my "paint facility" was my garage and I hurried the process. It was more of a test run and getting it ready for last year's tailgating.
