$200, $700, $2,000?

What are the advantages of the trust over an LLC? (other than annual LLC registration with the state)

If they are not in a trust, only you can have the guns. Others can shoot them if you are there, otherwise not. With the trust you can set others beneficiaries. Family, etc. now this would still need to be very responsible knowledgeable people. In addition, if you die without a trust the guns must go through a new round of background checks. Beneficiaries of the trust are now the owners.

Huge advantage if you are going the NFA route. Also no law enforcement sign off and not fingerprints...
