That's a bunch of shite.
I got a buddy that's had to have something like that done.
He said they basically pressure washed his insides.
He had a head injury years ago playing Bball and the seizure medicine he takes must interfere with things.

Happened to my mom once after she had a stroke. Softball sized amount impacted her colon. It was manually worked out as well. That nurse was awesome!

I always thought they just give you that stuff that you mix with water/Gatorade to flush you out completely.
