The fact that the Netherlands and Germany border each other would have made a great storyline. I don't know why I have such a strong dislike for South America in general, but I would have much preferred a Western European final.

Final and 3rd place matches would have been better. Now boring arse Argentina will ruin what could have been a fun final.

Argentina winning on Brazilian soil is pretty funny.

Those two countries hate each other.

Expect a big pro germany crowd.

I was pulling for the Netherlands after they kicked the shite out of Spain but I started to hate them more and more each game after that. Plus I picked Argentina to win it all so go Messi

Yeah that would have been a good story. I like the story though of Brazil spending $11 billion on the World Cup having riots over it, getting crushed by Germany then maybe having spent all that money to possibly have Argentina win it. That would be interesting to watch.
