That's unacceptable and you need to let them know. I had to deal with no internet for almost a week and they ended up giving me $21 off a month for 12 months. It sucked being without internet for that long but the $250 has helped me get over it.

I have no leverage... No other high speed Internet available in the sticks.. Sucks but better than nothing at all
