Well anyone who doesn't know how to cook it loses all credibility with me.

And see the redfish reference above regarding today's trash, tomorrow's fad. Obviously you have no knowledge of these things so why comment?

As would be the case with any ingredient or cuisine. But nice job trying to generalize beyond the scope of the argument to make a point.

Never had heard that redfish were considered "trash" by anyone. My pops has been red fishing since as long as I can remember. But I wasn't born pre-1980 so I guess in some folks' limited perspective my voice doesn't count. Maybe you can join some of the college kids these days who force speakers whom they disagree with to cancel their speaking engagements.
