Nah, they won't give the bonus because its not a new account, they are just rolling over an existing account.
It sounds like they are doing away with the account that I have being its 15yrs old and trying to get everyone into one of those two programs. I don't think I've used the card in over a year, so really not that concerned about the pts.
I was just curious which of the two would be the better to have in the even that I ever did need to use it.
