I wonder what he paid in returning the reclaim tanks. At $35 a piece sounds really cheap. A regular tank could only hold maybe 4-5 systems depending on their capacity. If he did a 100 a day he was letting that shite out.

What's a reclaim tank return run?
This was also about 8 years ago when Ft Polk did a major remodel and a lot of new construction to their on base housing.
