There's more cliffs at Greers Ferry but that's in northern Arkansas.
Near Hot Springs, there is Ouachita, Hamilton, & Catherine. My family has a house on Hamilton. It's definitely more developed while Ouachita is more natural.

That big cliff to the east by the dam is a lot of fun to jump off of.
I spent the weekend on lake catherine, there's not a whole lot going on there. No cliffs for sure.
