Gives a pretty decent shave. Cartridge lasts barely a week, though. Week and a half, tops.

I use the Gillette Fusion. I have a thick beard and shave at daily Monday through Friday. If I have something in the evening I may need to shave again. I don't shave on weekends.
I have been using the same razor for two years. You can increase the life of the blade exponentially if you just dry it off after each use. I usually pat dry it with my towel then blow dry it with my wife's hair drier.

It gimmicky but I caught it on sale with 3 blades for like $9.
I don't think it shaves any better than the regular fusion razor.
