I would agree, but people here are fed up with the shite.
I think MS and AL would put up a helluva fight as well.

Sure, turn a blind eye to the fact that the stereotypical bad gun guy is not committing these kind of crimes and continue to allow the activists to drive the issue just the way they want.

I think there are strong, competent and politically connected gun rights activist groups in this country that act as really effective watchdogs for gun owners in this country. I think the fact that the NRA was successful in suing the NOPD over a similar issue sets a great precedent for issues such as these.
