D league or Z league he is a much better player right now than some fresh faced out of school rookie. Just please stop. One dummy is enough. Jackson is a much better player right now. Kid has worked hard. Unfortunate thing that happened to him. Wish him well

good one. That is the only way! Pierre Jackson has gotten valuable experience training in the Pelicans system last season and this season. Played a whole season against some NBA caliber talent in the developmental league which has also improved him. And this fool has the audacity to ask me or imply that a fresh off the Rick Pitino's cock Russ Smith is the better player.

Some of these guys do go on and make NBA teams you know. So they have to have something. San Antonio has done pretty well off them.

That's not what I meant when I made that comment. Of course a lot of those guys will never make it to the NBA. But some do. And I'm to tired to go frickin look up their names. But you would play them when your team runs across their team. So in essence you are playin some NBA caliber talent. Garrett Temple, all those cats have had stints there.

but this is nothing. The question is or was is Smith better than Jackson was before he got hurt. And the answer is hell no!

How could you say one was better or is better than the other? What statistics do you have to further prove you ridiculously unsound point. You seem to really harp on that but brought up nothing to prove it. I'm bored, so keep it up.

If Russ Smith makes the Pelicans roster this season, we're in a lotta trouble.

Pierre had at least a lil shot of making a roster cuz he such a explosive scorer. Russ Smith did avg 18 pts/game at Louisville, but he's a dime a dozen. No way he makes the team.

ETA. You have to have elite talent to make it in the NBA, specially at that size.

He has much more potential as a 2 way player though.

But yeah I agree,he shouldn't be needed if we're healthy.

And Russ Smith is to small to make any difference any damn ways. Just traded away a dynamic scoring lil guard for a avaerage lil college guard. MW loses on both counts.
