And regardless of all that, this whole thing goes back once again to the delusional and dangerous idea that that corporations are "people", complete with thoughts, feeling and emotions. It not only strains the notion of metaphysics but imposes on America a radical and completely unimagined by the founders reality that people, real people, are essentially second class citizens.

Maybe if one day we can get Texas to execute a corporation I'll change my mind. I'd like to stop voting for Democrats, I really really would. But ultimately I have no choice but to do so because as long these far right wing conservatives control the Court, our country will continue to look more and more like an Oligarchy (or maybe now a Theocracy). By the people of the people and for the people is a distant memory.

My only contribution to this thread is this: wfeliciana is obviously no lawyer....and doesn't understand what it is he is reading....if he in fact actually read the rulings.

That is all....proceed.

You are too emotional about this. Think back to your 1l year. It's a pretty easy decision to understand.

Are any Hobby Lobby employees complaining?

More importantly, is Hobby Lobby forcing any employees to work there against their will?

You fricking idiot.

No they aren't. Your FEC argument doesn't hold water. They aren't prevented from doing anything, nor are they forced to do anything against their will. They aren't forced to work there either, but that is neither here nor there.

They can purchase a plan that covers those 4 pills not currently covered if they wish. They aren't prevented from doing so. They could even go so far as to purchase it without using insurance. Shocker.

But we've been over this before. You then respond stating that if they have to do that, it is the legal equivalent of injury, despite the fact that you support forcing anyone who has to purchase a private plan to suffer said injury.

You can't have it both ways.

No, they really aren't. Employees can buy any form of contraceptive they want to and their employer won't do a thing to them.

He stated that that is the legal equivalent of injury in another thread.

Well, he's the idiot who frequently wants to "injure" others by forcing them to do things against their will.

I seen it.

With that said, why should we take anything he says seriously, ever again?
