It's very appropriate for your shrill whining.

This decision was not on the merits of the case. All of the hyperventilation is for naught:

The original story upon which this post was based was so politicized that it left out this important fact. This is a highly contentious case, no doubt, but the hysterics associated with the original story were not necessary.

No, the court. I don't like Democrats but at least they appoint good SCOTUS justices.

I disagree. Any justice willing to subvert the 2nd Amendment does not deserve to sit on the court.

yes, 5-4 rulings across party lines is definitely the indication of a legally sound majority decision

all you're seeing is government interjecting itself into the system and fricking it up, creating these mythical "rights" out of government entitlement. public entitlements are NOT rights, and this view (as i noted in page one) is pure insanity there is a problem, and it is the ACA removing the freedom of individuals to freely contract with insurance companies

When I read these broad statements and remember you are a lawyer, I am astounded. What happened to the right to life, liberty, and property, and not being denied these without due process of law? Property rights include these entitlements for which you show so much disdain. Are you so flippant when giving your clients legal advice?

As for freely contracting with insurance companies, you failed to mention that the individual doesn't have this great bargaining power to "freely" contract. Your love for the free market ignores the realities therein, the ones that the corporations do not tolerate a la carte contracts, as you are suggesting. Better stick to family law.

I have no need for a bazooka. Also, Target is private property. I don't believe they would permit that.

their free market fantasy is nothing but the imposition of the individual being subservient to the corporation.
