I guess that's where we differ. I prefer the hundred cow ammonia ground meat and bread shipped in from California instead of all that crazy ground local meat and artisan stuff, but to each their own I suppose.

From what I understand, only when combined with Italian bread crumbs and an egg.

Hilarious thread.

How drunk are ya Mike? I'm about halfway through a fifth of charter. Made me a burger with some of that local meat, kosher salt, and black pepper mentioned earlier. Must confess, used a standard holsom brand bun though.
