I like 'em, but they must have the feminine dent in the center.

Hamburgers are more American than apple pie and those goddamned hot dogs. I hate a hot dog and all of it's being. Unless it's a Lucky Dog past 12 am on a curb of Bourbon with a large, paper cup Hurricane by my side to steady my nerves and make me bulletproof. I love hamburgers.

I've heard you're not supposed to smash or over work them though.

Yay, but only 1 per month if you're trying to watch the waistline.

The feminine dent is an exception to the smash and mash rule, Mr. Troll, but then you knew that, didn't you?

Do you like em in a pan, or on the grill? With an egg or is it no frill?

It's the 4th of July. We need more burger threads.

And I had a good cheeseburger at the original Brew Bachers on Drusilla today. Had to throw my shirt away and leave the windows open in my truck to air it out but it was good.

At 15, I was banned from the Carthage Sonic for ordering a fur burger. That was an over reaction, I still contend ...37 years later.
