I didn't read the case but I believe what was at issue is that the HHS mandate required that they give coverage for the MAP. HL believed that was an abortion inducing drug, so they fought having to pay for it on religious grounds. HL has no issues with BC as long as it doesn't induce an abortion. People are trying to tear down HL by making them look like they aren't really against BC. Well they aren't but they are against the MAP and other drugs like it.
