This. Have you people forgotten how beast mode this dude is for us?
And some of you forget before jimmy graham, we were still a potent offense because of the guy under the headset calling these mismatches with a QB that can execute it.
We may not have a perfect mismatch for safeties and linebackers, but Colston in his 'prime' was doing that before Jimmy came along.
This isn't like taking Calvin Johnson away from Stafford and leaving nobody else on the field to throw to. Stills is a solid #2 and could potentially leapfrog to become a #1 WR in our offense. Colston is still solid for 900-1000 yards easily if reports saying "he's as healthy as he's been the last 2 years". Cooks if all direction points correctly could produce somewhere around 800 receiving yards as well.

Who gives a shite what we did before he came around, or before colston, or before stills, or anyone. I'm talking about keeping a dynamic player that makes our system that much better. Hell, since it's just Payton that makes this offense what it is, just cut everyone and sign up a bunch of FA nobody's. The guy under the headset will make all well.

I'd love to trade this guy while the league sees him as highly valued.
