All of the media thought the Grizz were throwing away their season when they traded Rudy Gay away, but instead they made it to the WCF in large part because Conley's new increased role. He kept them afloat this past season when Marc went down.
Dude is the definition of getting better every season.

Yep completely agree. Just because a player is a 3rd option or whatever doesn't mean he can't step up and become a go to player for a team.
And yea Conley is 1 of those few nba players that just steadily improve a little each year. Great player. Most guys make a big jump between seasons or whatever. Conley just adds a little bit to his game each season. And he's evolved into a great player.

I feel like Conley has never missed a 3 against OKC.
