The gist of my original post is from a pay site but it's showing up around the tech news sites now. Here's a recap from one.

Yeah, looks like this is more of a contract dispute between FOX and DISH more than anything else.
If DISH has a contract with FOX, they can't just do anything they want to IMO. They have to abide by the contract.
