re: how much to pay someone to help out at a party?

I used to do this for my aunt and uncle in college. Never got paid much, but I was always able to hunt, go on fishing charters, and they got me tickets to the 07 championship. I would say look for a niece or nephew (or family friend) who would appreciate a little extra cash. I just went to a party this weekend and I know I put a 20 in the tip jar. Kid had to have made over $150 in tips.
